Secluded, off grid Shepherd’s Hut surrounded by nature. Wild, beautiful and very, very quiet.

What a wonderful retreat! We loved switching off and living the off-grid life with all the modern and luxe details of a boutique hotel. ​ There is so much to explore and North Hut is the perfect bolt hole to make the most of getting outside. The hut is completely secluded and private which is rare these days! A must is the food hampers which give you a real taste of the area where you are staying.

We had a wonderful time staying in North Hut. It was perfect for our young family. Having the whole meadow to ourselves was a real treat, really private and super safe for kids. Harriet and Russ are great hosts with great attention to detail. We ordered an outdoor dining hamper and a few other bits which were delicious and fun to do together. The popcorn in the welcome hamper went down a storm! We will definitely be back!
